Remove Pimples!
Written by Mat Dwyer Created: October 10th, 2004 1)First start off with your picture with the person with the blemish problems. Unfortunately this is a picture of me at work. Yes, even the wonderful me had pimples. [why do I think this is perfect death match material?]  2) Take out the healing brush tool  (shortcut – j). Zoom in on the effected areas so they are in a big portion of your screen.3) With the healing brush selected, ALT+Click on a section of healthy skin close to the pimple. This acts as like your base spot. It will appear like a little cross hair. 4) Letting go of ALT, Brush over the bad area. It should take the good skin and put it over the effected skin. ALT+CLICK in another place around the zit as well. Repeat until the skin looks normal. Keep doing this in all the effected areas.  5)You can also use this to reduce the amount of flash reflecting on peoples skin, to remove birthmarks, scars, just about anything. Heres my finished result after working at it... compared to the previous..  Here is another example:
