I can`t find the gradient option. It`s not where you show it to be....
 And how do I make black on one side and seethough red on the other. I don`t get the same resault as you... And how do I make all the layers float together? My orb has just 3 layers, and it has no debth whatsoever, and the layers are behind eachother. |

Hi cerenza,
You need to click the Properties button to show gradient options

What he meant by 'see through' is that u should set the alpha of the color to zero.
Didnt get wht u meant by floating layers. Hope this helps

great tutorial. I made one minor change though. when blending the shadow on the orb I just dragged that object layer to the bottom of the scene, so the top part of the shadow disappears behind the original orb
oh, and I also made the white part of the shine layer a little bit more transparent so it blends better and seems more realistic. |
