I have been looking for a very long time and i cant find this "inflate all pieces" thing. where is it located? is it in the same window that appears when you select "break into pieces" bacause i dont see it there.

After you have created your rectangle or whatever your using go to Modify (at top of screen) Break - Break Into Pieces This will come up as so and change from there:
