Don't be scared or discouraged if you think you'll never get this done.... I will help you through this.

Open im002.jpg image into Photoshop and select the polygonal lasso tool. make a selection round the outside of the iris. Add a new layer. Using the paint bucket tool you fill this selection with a foreground color (lets say white).

Then open im003 Attached Image
and drag this background layer into your working field. Select Edit> Transform> Distort and distort the image till it has the depth and shape you like. Select layer 2 in your layer palette and select the area on the outside with the magic wand tool. Go back to the layer of the transformed eye and hit the delete button. With still the moving ants on your screen of the selection you click on Select> Inverse. When you right click on the ants of this selection a window appears, choose feather with radius on 30 pixels and hit the delete button again. Delete the layer with the filled in area and you see the eye is merged into the eye of the background. Hit ctrl+D to deselect.

Open im004.jpg (radial blur) and hit ctrl+U and adjust these settings.

Hue: 112
Saturation: 25
Lightness: +15
Colorize

Drag this image into your working file with the center of the radial blur on the pupil of the eye and set to screen in your layer palette. Select the rectangle marquee tool and drag your mouse from top to bottom of the right side of your image and feather it with a radius of 50 pixels.Hit the delete button a few times till yu have smoothed the edge of the radius blur. Press ctrl+D to deselect.

Hit Layer> Add layer mask> reveal all and select a soft brush of 45 pixels with the opacity 24%, and slightly remove some the left side of the radial blur.
If you like you can add a different colour to the eye by hitting ctrl+U and colourize it the way you want.
