2. Take the Gradient tool with the settings :

3. i got this :
4. now go to Filter>Stylize>Find edges ->
5. now go to Filter>Sketch>Chrome and with the settings like this :
6. now press CTRL+U and colorize the picture how do you want ;] my settings :
7. Duplicate that layer
8. go to Filter>Distort>Twirl with the settings like this :
9. Now set the layer blending mode to Overlay.
10. Duplicate that layer.
11. Go to Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 CCW.
12. Press CTRL+E and merge the layers.
13. and now take the Gradient tool with the settings : http://img12.exs.cx/img12/1827/untitled294.jpg and do one step in the center like here in the picture -
AND you are done!!!!!!!
