OK! Let’s get started.
First you will need to download The Stamp Template saved in .psd format
Get it>>>HERE<<<
The template already has the nessassary layers to get you started straight away…. All you need to do is replace the layer titled “Image Here” with one you want to use.
Once you have your image in place and making sure the background is not viewable (Click the “eye ball” on the layer in the Layers Palette). Select All (Ctrl+A) and copy merged.(Ctrl+Shift+C)
Create a new document (Ctrl+N). Increase the height settings only x2. Goto>Edit>Paste (Ctrl+V)..
Your image should now look like mine
Increase-Canvas.jpg)
Ctrl click this layer (This is important). This will make a selection around the stamp template. Create a new layer below this one and. Fill it with black.
Goto>Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and use the following settings

Drop the opacity down to around 55% or to your liking. Then hide this shadow layer (clicking the “eye ball” in the layers palette
Rotate Canvas (Goto>Image>Rotate Canvas>Rotate CCW)

Select the layer which has the stamp template on it
Goto>Filter>Distort>Shear and use the following settings

Rotate the canvas back (Goto>Image>Rotate Canvas>Rotate CW)
Turn the Shadow Layer back on
We are now going to create a highlight for our stamp
Create a new top layer and using the Polygon Selection Tool (use the following tool settings)

And make a selection like mine below

Fill with white and drop the layer opacity to around 25% and set the Blending Mode to Luminosity
Go back to the template layer and duplicate it. You should now have two template layers. Go to the bottom one set the following layer style
