Here's what we're going to make in this tutorial:
1. Open up Photoshop and open a new canvas 400x400 pixels, white background
2. Hit 'D'
3. Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, specify dimensions to 300px width and height.
Click somewhere in the left corner of your canvas
4. Hit Ctrl+Backspace. The image now fills with white.
5. Double click the layer to display layer styles and give it a border:
6. Hit Ctrl+T and center it:
7. Set your foreground color to #051933. Draw the little guy using the Ellipse Tool (head), and the Pen Tool (body).
8. Draw the trash can using the Line Tool (thinkness 3px, for the bottom I used 5px), and the Rounded Rectangle Tool for the top border (radius 3px)
9. Select a soft brush 4px and draw a folder or paper. You can also draw your own trashcan, logo of your competitor etc.
