Easy Siggy Background
1. open a new transparent document any size but here i used 450x115 pixels
2. now Filter > Render > clouds
3. Filter > Liquify
be sure that u mess around with all the tools. then hit ok.
4. Filter > Brush Stokes > Ink Outlines (Default Settings)
5. Duplicate the layer. Layer > Duplicate layer
6. now click on the layer Name: layer 1 copy
7. go to Edit > Transform....now you can either flip vertically, horizontally, or both its your choice. i fliped mine horizontally.
8. set the blending option to: vivid light
9. add some color to it Ctr+U. then hit colorize in the corner. select color
10. click on layer 1. then repeat step 9.
11. and there you have it finished. just add some text and maybe a picture.
