The edges of the letters aren't so neat and the reds really hurt. The reds look to much alike. Try to make the contrast between the colors a bit bigger. Last advise it to make the image smaller in size. 142.86 KB is way to huge for a banner. Most website lay-outs aren't even bigger than 50 KB.
