Logos are really not my thing, but gave it another attempt in Illustrator...

You sure? I started to dislike it after a few hours of looking at it.
And unfortunately, key took my last logo which got bad feedback and now they are making it worse... lol Way too bulky now and looks more like a banner.... So now the swoosh is about 5 feet in length, they put in the compass at it's original size, and it's horrible now...

The notes are giving the logo a lost sense of balance - try finding another suitable position for it or something?
