This is my first tutorial, I hope you like it!

In this tutorial You will learn how to make this:

In 5 easy steps.

1. Go to filter > render > clouds
Make sure you have more that one blotch of black, keep hitting CTRL+F until you get something like this:


2. Now go Filter > Pixelate > Mezzotint and the settings to Short Strokes

3. Now grab your smudge tool go up to your brushes and if you have your default list up then you should have a few like this:
Then make a few line looking things between the two black blotches, until you get something like this:

3. Now Duplicate the layer (CTRL + J) And go Filter > Blur > Radial Blur and do 100 and best quality.

4. Now set the radial blurred layer's opacity to about 88% and merge the two layers together (CTRL + E)

5. Now go to Layer > New adjustment Layer > Color Balance, and use the following settings:

Shadows:
0 , -19 , +61

Midtones
0 , +41 , +44

Highlights
0 , +21 , +24
