Okay, this tutorial will show you how to make this picture.

Now first off as you can see this is my first tutorial so if you see any mistakes or have something you want to add, feel free to comment. smile.gif

1.Make a new document any sized, I used 400 x 400.

2.Use the paint bucket and fill the background with black.

3.Take the brush out with a one pixel point and white color and go crazy on the image GO CRAZY! fud.gif By now you should have this:

4.Now go to Filter-Sharpen-Sharpen Edges and hit CTRL-F a few times until it looks good to you.

5.Now go to Filter-Texture-Grain use these settings:

6.After that, go to Filter-Distort-Twirl and angle at -999.

7.Now for the last step, hit CTRL-U and mess around with the settings and make it fit right for you. bigwink.gif

Well thats it and you should have or something near it.Again, please feel free to comment on it.
