Ok let's start this tutorial
1) Copy the orginal layer
Goto Image - Adjustments - Curves
*tip* by using this shortcut CTRL + M it will also open the curves settings window.
2) Set the curves to the following.
This will result in the following.
3) Now erase the background around the hair and the head
4) Now apply a gaussing blur to it
Filter - BLur - Gaussain blur
Don't put it to high or else the face will look to smooth and almost plastic like.
5) Now change the blending options to soft light and adjust the fill or else the picture will to bright..
And your done now
