Bullet Hole:

1. Create a new 500x500 document with black backgrund.

2. Select and fill a White vertical line (about 30px wide) like the picture below.

3. Now go to Filter -> Stylize -> Wind... and use Method: Wind, Direction: From the left. Then press Ctrl+F 2 times. Hopefully you got someting like this:

4. Rotate your picture by pressing: Image -> Rotate canvas -> 90° CV.

5. Now press Ctrl+F one more time and den go Filter -> Stylize -> Wind... and use Method: Wind, Direction: From the rigtht.

6. Invert the picture (By pressing Ctrl+I) and your picture will lock like a upside down forest or something.

7. And the final step... Go to Filter -> Distort -> Polar coordinates. Choose Rectangular to polar and press OK. and your bullet hole is done
