13dots For Dummies

Hey All!!! Just incase you guys don't know how to get around here, I made the guide... for dummies!!! lol This is a somewhat easy tut, I didn't explain things perfectly, but you should have the proir knowledge of basic tools.

You'll need this font first, as the font I used was purchased and can't be given out... this is similar... http://www.dafont.com/en/font.php?file=jester

For Mouth, use paintbrush blur or use noise>median if you don't get the desired look!!!
