In this tutorial, I'll show you how to create a focus point while at the same time reducing your file size.

Ok, lets start by opening the file you wish to create a focus point on.
Next, select your magnetic lasoo tool and draw around your focus point then double click to stop drawing.
Go to edit, copy (ctrl+C) then edit paste (ctrl+V) this should make a new layer with only the object you wish to focus on.
Select your background layer (the one you started with)
Then go up to Filter, Blur, Gaussian Blur
Choose settings which look the best with your picture and you're done.
