Step 1 Save the brick wall .jpg fileClick to view attachment to your directory then open it.
Step 2 Type some graffiti text on it with your desired text color. This is the font i used for sample - Bored Schoolboy.
Step 3 Now rasterize the text layer by right-click the text layer > Rasterize Layer...
Step 4 Ctrl+Right-click the text layer. Go to Select > Modify > Expand > 2 pixels. Now make sure your foreground color is your text color that you used just now. With the selection still there, right-click it > Fill... > Foreground color. Then you can deselect it. You should have something look similar as mine.

Step 5 Lets continue to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
Step 6 Duplicate the Layer 1(bricks layer) and move the layer copy to top. Then go to Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options.
