Now, to make the scanlines, open a new 9px x 9px document.Zoom it as much as you can.Pick the Pencil tool by clicking on the Brush Tool and holding a few seconds.A drop-down menu will appear then, so pick the pencil tool.4. We need to use some square brushes. Photoshop includes a set of square brushes by default, so we're going to use that one.Select the "1px square brush" and using #231e1d as foreground color, draw a diagonal line.
